Keen on being engaged in wellness modalities in his retirement. One of three pioneering ANFT-certified guides in Singapore. Received training in Mindfulness from basic to advanced levels and MBSR. Trained and certified to Level 2 in Himalayan Singing Bowl Healing by Kaivalya Yoga & Spiritual Science Research Organisation in Nepal. Also trained with Jens Zygar (designer of Paiste Planetary Gongs) in Integral Soundwork & Gong Training. Enjoy travel and biketouring.
