Cath, Lim

ANFT Nature & Forest Therapy Guide
Certified 2019 | ANFT Cohort #42

In 2009, Cath embarked on her transformational journey from a serial-plant-killer to a certified practicing horticulturist.

She pioneered urban gardening in Singapore with the launch of The Plant Story Garden Retail | Workshop | Cafe. Ten rewarding years later, Cath decided to transform the business to focus on wellness workshops and counselling.

In 2018, after visiting the birthplace of Shinrin-yoku in Akasawa, Japan, she was led to Amos Clifford of ANFT in USA.

As a horticulturist, a nature and forest therapy guide, an eco art therapy practitioner and a nature-based counsellor, she guides with her mantra - To keep plants happy, treat them as humans. To keep humans happy, teach them to observe nature.
